Enforcement:

Unauthorized use of Mitts is not just discouraged — it is expressly prohibited and will be met with immediate and decisive legal action. Mitts may be cute, but he can bite.

Because Mitts is officially copyright registered in Canada and The United States, we retain the right to pursue civil and/or criminal action in either country, depending on the jurisdiction of the infringement. Infringing parties may be subject to cease-and-desist orders, monetary damages, injunctive relief, and other penalties as prescribed under federal law(s).

In addition, Canada and the United States are both signatories of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, which means that copyright protections for Mitts are recognized in over 180 countries worldwide, regardless of local registration. In other words: copyright infringement isn’t limited by borders — and neither are the consequences.

We take intellectual property violations seriously. If you attempt to copy, replicate, commercialize, or misappropriate any element of Mitts — including his design, likeness, or brand — we are fully prepared to enforce our rights through all available legal channels.

Please respect our work. Don’t Test Us. Don't steal our stuff.
